Villa Olivia is situated in a small street in the centre of Split. It has a large terrace and is nicely decorated.
The room is quite expensive (breakfast is not included), but the location is great and the decoration very nice.

Very friendly host, who was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was good, but is not in the apartment itself. It requires a small walk, just for you to be aware to plan time for that short walk and the time needed for the serving procedure in the restaurant. Great location, just a few minutes walk to all the sights, bars, shops, and restaurants.
Very much too loud at night, due to noise from people entering the house and noise from the old town in front of your door. Not enough space in the bedroom, more roof than room for a bed.

loved the apartment on pedestrian-only streets, close to old palace and restaurants. Ema was fantastic, kept in touch before arrival, and met us at the door. Well-appointed and spotless, with a large terrace.
no clear instructions for check-in or directions

The room was clean, had a good view of the old town. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the bay, countless restaurants, bars, antique markets and shops to explore, and Tri Lava Luxury Living. There were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Hajduk Ice Cream that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Our stay in the heart of the city was amazing. Perfect for exploring all the sights, with everything on our doorstep. The personal service from our host was fantastic, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was well-appointed and had a lovely view. We also appreciated having all the necessary amenities, as well as beach towels.
Although the location was perfect, it could get a bit noisy at times. We also had some issues with noise from other guests and the street outside during the night.

We were very pleased with the facilities and quality of the apartment, it was very close to down with a supermarket nearby, free wi-fi, and best of all a cute little terrace perfect for breakfast. The hostess walked us there and gave lots of recommendations.

The property was great. The staff and the host were all competent. We had a tastefully decorated, nice-sized room. We appreciated the perfect location of the property. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony had worth-every-penny views of the old town. The hotel was near to many restaurants, bakeries, and beautiful beaches to visit.
